WARNING - We may not be the cheapest, but we are proud that we do the job correctly.  Other companies may boast that they can achieve 300 inspections per person per day, and therefore will undercut our pricing structure.  We strive to do the job thoroughly and professionally, and therefore takes longer. So please be very cautious when selecting a company.  There is more to these tests than just plugging your appliance into the tester, and placing a green label on it.

NOTES

The deluxe inspection has the advantages that, as well as providing technical data on each individual appliance, any degradation in the appliance will immediately be obvious in subsequent inspections by us. This information could be useful in predicting if the asset is likely to need early replacement.

The bar-coded asset register would also facilitate tracking of an appliance’s movements through the building, and the location can be updated accordingly. The retests would be cheaper as future tests would merely update the data specific to that appliance as identified by its bar-code.
