These tests are carried out when:-
- Customer Driven – to ensure the installation is in a safe condition.
- Change of occupancy of the premises – for letting agencies & landlords for renting their property.
- Change of use of the premises – for licensing authorities, public bodies, insurance companies, mortgage lenders.
- Change of ownership – inspection carried out on behalf of seller for intended purchase of property.
- Licence renewal - certain sites require Periodic
Inspection & Testing, for example either annually (Caravan
Sites) or other intervals depending on the scope of work (Care
Homes or Schools)
Inspectrix are fully qualified to carry out this work and will offer a full report, recommendations and
NICEIC certification.

Additions:-
For each circuit in shed, garage or outhouse, please add £20.00.
For each circuit in Garden, please add £20.00. A supplementary charge will be added if more than 15 miles radius from the office.
Please note, if a full written in-depth report which includes photographic
evidence of major defects is required - this will incur an
additional fee of £40.00.
